Rosita Faisal
Founder, WaveSphere Global
Building platforms where people, knowledge and opportunities meet.

Twenty years of bringing the right people into the same room.
Rosita Faisal has spent more than 20 years in international conference management, working across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Her focus has always been the same: making sure each event serves the people and priorities behind it, and earning the trust of the stakeholders it brings together.
Much of that work was shared with port authorities, embassies, ministries, financial institutions and trade organisations, whose endorsement and support made those events possible. She founded WaveSphere Global to bring that experience to more organisations.
Outside the conference hall, she gives her time to CSR work: fundraising, community outreach, charity collaborations and yoga-based wellness programmes for underprivileged communities.
